Return Policy

 

Damaged Merchandise

At the point of receiving your merchandise inspect the packaging and make sure there is no damage to the outer boxes. If damage appears to the box make note on shipping manifest and get the driver to note and sign shipping damage. After inspecting the merchandise and in the event you find damage notify the freight company. It is the responsibility of the freight company to respond to your issue. The Home Center releases all responsibility of damaged merchandise to the freight company.

 

Merchandise Returns

We must be notified with in 3 days from the time you receive your merchandise. You will have to pay all return shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. Money will be refunded upon The Home Center receiving your merchandise and verifying the item(s) are undamaged.
